An Overview Of The Citizen App

The Citizen App is one of the latest software solutions available today. It has been around for the past few years and has emerged as one of the most popular among consumers. This app was originally named Vigilante when it first came out in 2016.

Shortly after Vigilante app launch, Apple pulled it from its stores because the company believed that it encouraged people to become to become vigilantes. In an effort to rebrand the app and improve its image, Apple decided to rename it Citizen. While the app doesn’t encourage users to take the law into their own hands, it is intended to help people either avoid or better cope with dangerous situations. As a result, the app advises users to use caution at all times when they are in a dangerous environment.

The Citizen App is very similar to scanner apps that law enforcement uses. One of the first things that the app does is open up an emergency response system. This response system is available to the public to use in order to increase their awareness of a dangerous situation. The app uses antennas in all of the major cities and constantly monitors 911 calls and communications with dispatchers. Each of the communications are monitored and modified to provide alerts that are short and which provide facts of an incident. With this app, users are able to receive alerts about a dangerous situation within a quarter mile of the actual location. Citizen App uses both iOS and Android devices and covers 22 of America’s major cities. These include Austin, Baltimore, Charlotte, Atlanta, Detroit, Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Miami, Philadelphia, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and San Francisco.

When it comes to installing and using the app, the process is quite simple. The first thing that you need to do is download the app and wait for it to get installed on your mobile device. Once it is downloaded on your device, you then provide information such as the city you are currently located in and also provide information about your contacts. As soon as this information is provided, you are then able to begin receiving alerts. Read more about Citizen App, here.
